Firebase backend is free to start. Google's Firebase Spark plan (free tier) covers most small teams — typically 10–30 employees at normal usage. If you grow beyond the free tier, Firebase's pay-as-you-go pricing is low. We don't charge any monthly fees; Firebase's costs are between you and Google.

You get the compiled, production-ready React app files plus a step-by-step Firebase setup guide. You'll create a free Firebase project, add your config, and deploy the static files to Firebase Hosting (or any static host). The whole process takes an afternoon.
We charge a one-time fee — nothing recurring. Firebase (the backend) has a generous free tier (Spark plan) that covers most small teams at zero cost. If your usage grows past the free limits, Firebase charges pay-as-you-go at very low rates. Those costs are between you and Google, not us.
Employees log in with their email address (via Firebase Auth). Once logged in, they can clock in and out directly from the app — which they can install on their phone from the browser, no app store required. GPS location is captured automatically on every punch.
The app is a static React SPA — you can host it on Firebase Hosting (free), Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or any static file host. There's no PHP, no server, and no database to manage. Firebase handles all the backend.
Agencies deploying for multiple clients will need a separate Firebase project per client. The setup guide covers this. For deeper branding customization beyond the config, a source code license is available — contact us for details.
React + Vite on the frontend, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) on the backend, with Material UI and Tailwind for the UI. It's a PWA with Workbox service workers for offline support.
When an employee is offline (no signal on a job site), clock-in and clock-out actions are saved to a local queue. The moment the device reconnects, the queue syncs to Firebase automatically. The app shows a clear "Offline Mode" indicator so employees always know their punch was recorded.
